Sometimes hypnotic, sometimes disturbing but always surprising, are the musicians who form this Belgian band named Boogie Beasts. With their personal way to conceive the music, they always bring us surprising and imaginative doses of alternative rough blues, developing a personal sound with some influences of gospel, soul, roadhouse blues, rhythm & blues, psychedelia and even a touch of hip-hop, all cooked with a remarkable taste and flavor, that will surprise more than one.

According to their own words, this is the most eclectic album up to date. They have relied on the good work of producer Koenraad Foesters, who has almost become a band member. The recording includes fourteen songs that all the band musicians perform with a surprising skill and a lot of charisma, not only due to the fact they display an own original sound, where the bass is totally absent which makes them different from other similar bands, but also because the album conception is developed with reliability and cleverness.

Boogie Beasts musicians are Jan Jaspers on guitar and vocals, Patrick Louis on guitar and vocals, Fabian Bennardo on harmonica and Gert Servaes on drums, percussion, saxo and Fender Rhodes piano.
