During the long confinement days and weeks, Bob Margolin recorded this new EP, or if mini-CD if you prefer, including six songs that become his deep lament and, at the same time, his moan against loneliness, the missing live shows, his fear about the next future, the lack of meet with friends and his restrained anger The songs have been recorded only with his voice, his 1930 Gibson guitar and his National steel guitar, which gives them the real spirit of back porch blues songs you can listen at old southern houses Margolin performs and sings, but he also howls, moans and laments in every one of six recorded songs He effectively builds up with reliability the song lyrics, which become the expression of the feelings of a man concerned about the terrible situation we are living with Covid-19 pandemic but, at the same time, he also wants to give us a message of how to fight against difficulties, survival and new opportunities
