Since the time he started his music career in 1973 as guitar player in legendary Muddy Waters’ band, Bob Margolin has matured as performer, thanks to the experience he has gathered during all these years Now he presents us his most personal and intimate album of the several ones he has recorded along his career Six original songs, another one written in collaboration with his harmonica player, bass, guitar player and friend Tad Walters and the rest curious and varied covers like Low Life Blues by Sean Costello and By By Baby coming from Nappy Brown Without losing a shred of power, temper, feeling and expressiveness, the album brings us Bon Magolin’s most genuine side, only backed by Chuck Cotton on drums and vocals and Tad Walters on guitar and harmonica According to Bob’s own words the album shows the way he face the challenges the often irrational actual world, the ironies and lessons of aging, the discovery of true love, his experiences and memories of Muddy Waters and his attitude in front of his own life
