Jazz and blues spiced with drops of soul and some pop is what the band Bluet presents in this debut recording They come from Castellón, where they have already reached a respected place among audiences of that particular area, which has led them to play in different festivals like Benicassim Blues, Villareal Jazz Festival, Castellon Blues Festival or Blues & Plus Festival in Lérida This first release includes eight own compositions and three covers sop, whis this cde, they hope is to make themselves well known all over Spain Although in their starting days they used to perform jazz and blues standard, now they write their own songs they display with good taste and reliability and they also express their deep feelings with a delicious poetry and a personal narrative cleverness Led by Nuria Pallarés on vocals and Joaquín Pinilla on guitar, who often play in a duo format, this time they have chosen a good bunch interesting musicians and guests who give variety, strength and beautiful colors to the album, besides adding interesting musical contributions and a rewarding richness to each and every album song
