A traditional blues band with a classic performing and conception of their blues repertoire, deeply based on afroamerican music roots, swing and Texas music, with T-Bone Walker influences and even a jazzy song Zuyder Zee Blues, plus the outstanding contribution of chromatic harmonica player Chris Hammond as guest musician Fourteen good songs, all them signed by the band’s leader, guitar player, warm singer, percussion and occasional bass player, Peter Corrigan, a passionate musician who really knows how to pass on his enthusiasm to bass player Chuck Brome, drummer John Nichols and the whole audience, who faithfully come to their successful shows, where they sell lots of their cds at the end of the every set If you love warm musicians with cool guitar solos from Epiphone, Fender Telecaster and National Tricone Resonator guitars, I dare say you will really enjoy this cd
