Black Cat Bones is a five musician band led by singer Charles Pitts and guitar players Richard Rivera and Gary David The rhythm section with Jeff Daniels on bass and Jerry Sommers on drums give the most suitable strength to a band which has already recorded four albums so far His music blends some basic elements of blues, hard rock, soul and jazz With these strong foundations Black Car Bones sound really good, with a powerful energy framed by intense well-developed melodic structures, also showing a rocky sound that does not limit at all their reliable creativity as elegant and tasteful song writers This new album gathers twelve own compositions, with the support of a horn section in some tracks, which not only show their creativity but also some of their musical influences ranging from BB King, Howlin’ Wolf or Muddy Waters to Johnny Winter, Savoy Brown or ZZ Top With these credentials, listener will immediately verify what Black Cat Bones sound and universe is about
