Big Mama delights us again with her impressive vocal skills and natural elegance with her last work, where she is backed by her new group The Crazy Blues Band The concern of this national blues lady has no limits, Big Mama surprises us pleasantly in every new project she does, involving herself with commitment and passion in all facets she works, from the vocal aspects to the cd production, design and, of course, the arrangements and direction The band which backs her includes Victor Puertas on harmonica, piano and Hammond organ, Isaac Coll on bass and Olivier Rocque on drums It is a faultless band, with an effective sound but over all totally convincing along the twelve songs included in the album, and a selection of songs really varied and attractive Among the covers you will find in Blues All Over some come from Tad Robinson, Eden Brent, Otis Rush, Otis Spann, Robert Jr Lockwood, Lowell Fulson or Quincy Jones among others
