From time to time, we get recordings that, although they are not properly blues, they have a remarkable quality, which makes them deserve a few lines to introduce them to the listeners.

This is the case of the acid blues band Bees Deluxe. Coming from Boston, they have extensively toured all over USA, recruiting a legion of loyal fans, who enjoy the elegance and sophistication of the music they develop.

The album was recorded on a twelve-month period in Massachusetts. It gathers twelve songs, one per month, where 60’s genuine Chicago blues combines with songs where the most important thing is improvisation and a certain atmosphere where the band gives free rein to their dreams, visions and musical thoughts to introduce listeners to a parallel dreamlike world full of musical fantasy.

A very careful final production and a large group of musicians make this album to become a rarity, especially devoted to those of you who are looking for unique and different feelings displayed in beautiful songs.
