BB & The Blues Shacks give us their last piece of work that could be defined as vitalistic but at the same time restrained and extremely well done and performed, with an energy and strength this german band is daily increasing As time goes on they are getting a bigger experience and a powerful solid sound too The whole band are a compact block with a straight direct sound based on fourties and fifties sound with such influences like texan musicians T-Bone Walker and Pee Wee Crayton or Chicago artists Jimmy Rogers or Little Walter But BB & The Blues Shacks have also a well defined own actual sound firmly based on the just mentioned blues masters This second cd for Crosscut Records leads them to the higher places of the european blues artists Their class, power and amazing quality makes them become one of the best actual european blues bands
