For about three years Ann Rabson, one of the Saffire’s members, has not done any own recording and I think she really wanted to do it, exceptionally without the collaboration of her two colleagues and good friends The result is a really satisfactory record where Ann Rabson shows her more intim face to let us know some of her deep thoughts about life, love or loneliness Ann plays piano in seven songs, guitar in three more cuts and in the rest of tracks she is backed by a small band which really kno the kind of sound Ann was looking for She really appears full of determination and really in the mood The result is a thrilling, strong, well conceived recording, which will give pleasure to Saffire’s music lovers but especially to Ann’s fans
