Deeply influenced by such great legendary guitar players like Peter Green, Jimmy Page, Peter Frampton or Paul Kossoff, British singer, guitar player and composer Andrew Riverstone also drinks from other musical sources like country blues, North Mississippi Hill Country blues, Al Green’s soul or even Neil Young’s or Tom Petty’s country rock.

Born in the North Devon coast, Andrew learned by himself to play guitar by listening to his youth guitar heroes. Later on, he moved to London where he built up a remarkable career, not only as a session musician but as member of various bands. His amazing potential led him to form his own band performing in several of British blues and rock mythic venues.

Since 2016 he has focused his career on American roots music, releasing a bunch of acclaimed recordings which have make him gradually become an excellent performed gifted with a great sensitivity to develop songs.

This is his fifth solo album where he has included ten own compositions that are a good example of the quality and versatility of an artist who knows how to create a wrapping atmosphere and really suggestive rhythms that allow listeners to appreciate the impressive guitar touch of this excellent musician who also has a voice that really matches with the music he plays.

And if that was not enough, in this recording Andrew Riverstone is on vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards, hi-hat and different percussions. Busta Jones also collaborates on bass in one song and Clare Lucas is on vocals in another one.

An excellent album performed with an exquisite taste by an outstanding artist that deserves to be appreciated on all his worth.
