Young singer and guitarist Albert Castiglia is gradually gaining a good reputation representing the new generation of blues musicians, both by fans and specialized media Much of his popularity and respect has arrived since the moment he signed for Blues Leaf catalogue and, of course, thanks to his very high quality as performer, not only in the albums that have been already published along his music career, but also in his live performances In this new Living The Dream, Albert displays all his professional experience with precise elegance and an extreme feeling he naturally and easily communicates to the listener Excellent songs, some of own ones like Living The Dream, Public Enemy 9, The Man or Fat Cat and other coming from Little Richard (Directly From My Heart To You), Freddie King (Freddie’s Boogie), Paul Butterfield (Lovin’ Cup, with the amazing harmonica of Sandy Mack) or Mose Allison’s Parchman Farm This is a very balanced, unaffected and well done album, with large doses of talent and the support of a powerful effective rhythm section with Bob Amsel on drums and A J Kelly on bass
