Piano player, singer and composer Adrian Duke is now considered as one of the best representatives of the actual New Orleans rhythm and blues style.

Despite he has drunk in the sources of the great Crescent City musicians like Professor Longhair, Tuts Washington, Dr. John, James Booker or Lloyd Price, besides bringing to his songs those sounds of the Atlantic early years music represented by the immense figure of Ray Charles, Adrian has got a particular sound and a personal style which makes him be completely different from the artists he learned from. And, if all this was not enough, Adrian reveals himself as a deep researcher who brings a special sound, personal phrasing and a composing way that move far away from the classics to develop a new and actual perspective of the most contemporary music with an amazing personality, as far as rhythm and blues is concerned. In his music you will also find echoes of classical soul, gospel and even Americana.
