When he was only fourteen years old Adam Karch already lead his own band, surprising audiences with his amazing guitar touch and vibrant tone, together with his passionate singing Although he was born in Montreal, Canada, his style is totally influenced by Americana roots music, country, folk and blues and also he mastery performs fingerpickin’ technique, Adam re-interprets with an innovative percussive technique giving a very actual air to it, although it is always rooted in the American musical tradition This is his fifth album and includes eleven songs that combine Adam’s own compositions with versions of songs coming from JJ Cale, Bob Dylan or Robert Johnson among others Adam Karch is on voice, electric and acoustic guitars and he also develops the slap-slide technique Together with him you will also find Richard Deschénes on bass and Marc-André Drouin on drums The three musicians develop a very interesting and pleasant recording to be carefully savored, many listeners will enjoy with delight and satisfaction
