With this album singer Kyla Brox confirms her magnificent voice and wide performing skills that have led her to be considered as one of the most powerful and charismatic voices not only of United Kingdom but also all over Europe.

Winner of 2018 European Blues Challenge held in the Azores Islands; she has also been semi-finalist in 2019 and 2020 International Blues Challenge that is held yearly in Memphis.

Kyla is daughter of blues musician Victor Brox. From a very young age she felt the call of music, beginning her musical career performing in her father’s band. Little by little she has built up her own career and nowadays she has released several solo albums that have also gained recognition among audiences and specialized media.

Kyla Brox has a well-pitched voice that can be very powerful but at the same time tender, which allows her to develop with a remarkable conviction a bunch of songs that express pleasure and pain, happiness and sadness, joy and sorrow, always framed in styles like blues or soul, together with beautiful ballads spiced with a rock touch.

The album features sixteen songs recorded live from the Kulturhof Schloss Köniz in Switzerland, backed by her usual band with Paul Farr on electric guitar, her husband Danny Blomeley on bass and Mark Warburton on drums. Kyla shows her immense voice and expressive strength, which makes her be one of the voices with significant potential in the European blues-soul market.

An album that will undoubtedly surprise most listeners for its quality, strength and good taste in all songs’ development.
