This Petra Börnerová’s third album was released in 2024, this time backed by her partner Tomás Bobek Bobrovniczký on acoustic and resophonic guitars and their son Tomás Bobrovniczký Jr. on drums. They are joined by Taras Voloscut on double bass, plus several guest musicians in some of the album songs.

Most of the thirteen tracks are Petra’s own compositions, written in collaboration with other Czech musicians. It also includes some covers of popular songs like “Hound Dog” coming from Leiber & Stoller “No Expectation” by The Rolling Stones and “I want to Hold On To You, Baby” by Mel Brow.

The recording lets us appreciate the maturity Petra has now reached, as well as the variety of styles she is able to easily develop with an extreme good taste, ranging from blues to her country traditional music, Americana roots music, country and folk.

With this album Petra and Tomás celebrate their twenty years of musical collaboration and the ten years since their son joined the band, showing that the three have music and the blues in the blood, devoting themselves to spread it with an undeniable passion and honesty in their country wherever they call them to play, as well as to communicate their feeling when they are on stage.

These three albums serve to discover and get to know a little bit better the quality of Petra, Tomás and Tomás Jr, as well as a good number of Czech Republic musicians who, unfortunately, are barely known in our country.
