Singer and guitar player Johnny Burgin is a restless musician who is always looking for new experiences, always keeping faithful to the most genuine blues. During his years of career, he has done endless tours and now he is totally immersed in countless shows. For Johnny, to be on tour allows him to meet most of his friends at least once a year, something that is totally rewarding for him. Johnny often travels with no band, which gives him the opportunity to discover new talents and do unexpected collaborations while he is on the road.

The result of all these experiences can be delightfully tasted and appreciated in this new album entitled “Ramblin’ From Coast To Coast”, which includes eleven songs belonging to his shows in Dallas, Cincinnati, Rochester, New York or Memphis where, as he usually does, he is surrounded by musicians who sometimes are not well known but who all have an amazing quality, as well as by more popular names like Dylan Bishop, Christian Dozzler, Rae Gordon, Hanna PK, Ben Levin, Mike Morgan, John Blues Boyd, Jad Tariq or Joh Hay.

The album also gives us the opportunity to enjoy Johnny Burgin’s performing, always full of an intense feeling on guitar and a voice totally suitable to sing the blues, he does in a convincing but, at the same time, refreshing way, along a well selected repertoire that includes from Chicago to Texas blues or jump blues, where Johnny forgets individual personalism to become one more of the band members, enjoying and passionately devoting himself to play the music that he likes and feels most, that is no other than BLUES with capital letters.
