Cryin’ Out Loud is the name of a band which is strongly hitting USA northeastern blues scene. They have a legion of fans who always go to their shows to enjoy their music. In fact, they are now widely booked in various festivals as well as preparing different tours.
The band success is due to the fact they know how to cleverly combine traditional blues with tasteful intense innovative very actual own compositions, which makes their shows become something unique and different, communicating joy, fun and good vibes in equal parts.
The band members are experienced musicians too. Brandon Stallard on vocals, guitar and composition has a wide career of more than thirty years and his influences can be found in musicians like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Albert Collins, BB, Albert and Freddie King. Passionate about guitar he plays with an amazing feeling, Ben Chute is on the lead and rhythmic guitar, drinking from the sources of artists like Eric Gales, Josh Smith or Tab Benoit. Finally, Jim Fratini on bass has an intense rhythm and groove, along with a career of almost forty years and, still, every time he is on stage he plays with the same enthusiasm and dedication than a teenager.
Ten songs give shape to the album, where you will also find some guests like Erik Lawrence of The Little Feat, Paul Nelson of The Paul Nelson Band and Ana Popovic’s band keyboard player, Brooks Milgate.
In short words, a recording full of passion, energy and good music, which will not leave anyone indifferent.
