These enterprising women, owners of BAR Promotion label, come back with the fourth volume (The Hottest Aussie Blues & Roots 2007) of the compilation of Australian musicians and bands entitled Australian Blues & Roots Now, they have included a bunch of different musicians, singers and composers of tasteful huge talent, such as Andy Cowan, The Others, Dutch Tilders, On The Level, Andrea Marr, Nick Charles, Diamond Dave & The Doodaddies, Paul Yates or Mississippi Shakedown among other representative artists of Australian blues who, with their good performing, contribute to increase the variety of the blues market A very gratifying cd that allows blues lovers to discover new talents which will not reach international exposure if they have not participated on these recordings and would only be well known on local circuits Congratulations to Melz, Jillian & Jayne for their contribution to make good Australian musicians well known all over the world
