Malm\u00f6 is the third largest city in Sweden, located by the sea in the southwestern tip of the country. The \u00d6resund bridge connects Malm\u00f6 with Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Air travel connection to Malm\u00f6 is by default the Copenhagen airport (Kastrup).<\/p>\n

The EBC 2022 event will take place the Clarion Malm\u00f6 Live<\/strong>. It’s a newly built hotel and cultural center, opened in 2015 right in the center of the city next to the railway station.<\/p>\n

The pre-event concert will be held at ‘Kuben’ while the actual Blues Challenge itself will take place in the ‘Congress Hall’. B, both in the same building.<\/p>\n

Sweden has no longer restrictions for arrival in the country, but of course new formalities may arise before the EBC. Updated information can be found here:<\/p>\n

Recommendations when entering Sweden<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Most of you will arrive at Copenhagen Kastrup airport. There are no arrival restrictions in Denmark, either. EBC 2022 local organizers work actively to guarantee you a safe visit. The venue will be set up according to governmental recommendations which may mean some limitations in attendance.<\/p>\n


\nHOW TO ARRIVE TO MALM\u00d6:<\/strong><\/p>\n

By air<\/u><\/p>\n

The easiest way is Copenhagen Kastrup Airport<\/strong>. From the airport you simply take the shuttle train<\/u> directly to Malm\u00f6. They run frequently and it takes only about 20 minutes. You can be requested to show your passport on the train.<\/p>\n

By train<\/u><\/p>\n

When coming from the airport and getting off at the Malm\u00f6 Central Station you will be right next to the venue, Clarion Hotel Malm\u00f6 Live<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

By car<\/u><\/p>\n

Arriving by car from Denmark over the \u00d6resund bridge, continue along E20 to the second exit named \u2018Naffentorp\u2019 (exit 11) and go for \u2018Malm\u00f6\u2019 in northern direction. Keep on driving straight on upon the ‘Pildammsv\u00e4gen’ through the entire city until you reach the old town and Clarion Hotel Malm\u00f6 Live on the right side at the canal crossing.<\/p>\n

Arriving by car from within Sweden (E6), turn right twice when reaching Malm\u00f6 Entr\u00e9 and follow ‘Hornsgatan\/Norra Vallgatan’ to the end of the road. There you should have Malm\u00f6 Live on the right side along the canal.<\/p>\n
