Delta Pines is the title of a debut recording of an Australian musician called Ivor SK With this cd he aims to complete and display his love for blues music, driving it to the place where blues was born, that is to say, the roots and origins But he always does it in his own way, with the simplicity that gives to play music with only an acoustic guitar and a voice that comes from the deepest part of his soul Although he has only included five songs, it is enough to get a good idea of what Ivor SK is able to give us, from beautiful melodies filled with melancholy, to graceful country folk blues with a good sense of humour, or even elegant slide guitar touches, that create a suggestive warm atmosphere After twenty-five years of career Ivor has travelled around his native Australia and has also visited United States, mostly staying in New Orleans and Louisiana area His artistic and intellectual maturity is evident in all songs, which become the best way to introduce his music to a wide majority of people who faithfully enjoy this musical genre<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
