Awards and winner of the International Blues Challenge ‘Best Self-Produced CD’ category, Dave Keller is an outstanding singer, passionate guitar player and clever composer who tastefully combines southern soul blues and gospel, styles he performs with an overwhelming intensity.

The idea of recording this album took shape during the long 2020 confinement days where Keller thought about publishing an album including own compositions and inviting some fellow musician friends to collaborate with him and donate the money from the album sells to help some organizations working for racial justice and equity. Once the idea was launched, he received an incredible surprising answer as many musicians offered to participate, like Trudy Lynn, Joe Louis Walker, Annika Chambers, Johnny Rawls, Annie Mack, Dawn Tyler Watson or Brother Bob White, until completing a long list of artists who put their skills to the service of this noble musical cause.

Now Keller has already collected more than 2.000 dollars for these organizations, thanks to his followers’ generosity and an amazing diverse recording I eagerly recommend, not only to contribute to a good cause, but also to enjoy with the undeniable quality of the thirteen songs that round up this interesting recording.
