Legendary blues and roots music band The Nighthawks celebrate their fifty years on the road releasing a brand new album.

Fourteen songs that were composed during the months of pandemic and recorded at Earl’s Severn Sound Studios in Annapolis, Maryland, written and produced by the Nighthawks and David Earl, where the band develops the just mentioned styles together with the unique characteristic sound that precisely defines them since the beginning of their career, which has made them to be known as “the best bar band in the world.”

Led by legendary singer and harmonica player Mark Wenner, the band communicates a really powerful energetic feeling, thanks to the electrifying genuine blues that has been their hallmark along their fifty-year career.

Besides band leader and founder Mark Wenner on vocals and harmonica, the actual members include Dan Hovey on guitar and vocals, Paul Pisciotta on electric bass, double bass and vocals and Mark Stutso on drums, percussion and vocals. The album also features David Earl on guitar in “Take It Slow” and Tommy Lepson on keyboards in “I’ll Come Running Back To You” and “West Memphis”.

An album that should not be overlooked especially by all band followers and, in general, by roadhouse blues lovers.
