Once again the Burnside presents a guitarist, this time an emblematic artist with a great musical knowledge on his back, Rod Price who peviously was singer and guitar of the group Foghat which made us enjoy so much during the seventies when we were teenagers and knew very well the band work Rod Price’s proposal for this solo work, is an approach to Chicago blues With Shakey Vick on vocals and harmonica, Kinney Landrup on keyboards, Bruno Ravel on bass and John O Reilly on drums, the band performs a series of classics by Sonny Boy Williamson, Howlin’ Wolf, Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters… with more routine than passion, but developed with professionalism and not exempt of solvency and power This is the tribute to the classics by one of the historical names who, in spite of his age, still owns genius and discipline enough to continue in the music business
