Micke Björklov is a tireless Finnish singer and multi-instrumentalist who has managed to take a stand as one of the most recognized artists of the European blues scene. Besides performing with his own band, he also plays with Micke & Lefty feat. Chef trio. With them he now presents a double cd, the first volume recorded in studio during the pandemic for the radio program On Stage and the second one recorded live from their show at the Eutin Blues Festival (Germany) in 2023.

With this double cd they want to celebrate their twenty-fifth anniversary and that is the reason why they have also selected twenty-five songs, developed both in electric and acoustic format, that move from the most powerful and energetic blues to the most intimate songs, which become a good way to enjoy and savor in all their value the amazing work and total commitment they put in their music, always with a humble attitude that makes them become one of the most exciting and beloved European blues and roots groups, styles they communicate with an undeniable strength, energy and professionalism.

In both volumes the trio shows their good work as instrumentalists when they play on a studio as well as their stage presence and complicity with the audience when they play live, cleverly combining their own compositions with blues and Americana roots music versions, filled with Delta or country blues influences and spiced with some touches of gospel, bluegrass or soul. It is also worth pointing out the three musicians well-assembled vocal harmonies, which makes their voices totally teamed.
