Putting in order his basement during the confinement days, veteran bluesman Jeff Dale discovered a box of tapes containing a variety of live shows he had once performed, together with other music treasures. One of them was recorded on 5^th of November 1983 and gathered a live show where he and his group Blue Wave Band backed singer and guitar player Lowell Fulson at ‘Club 88’. Pee Wee Crayton’s grandson, Marshall Crayton also played sax in that particular unforgettable night.

This tape had not been played for thirty years, so Jeff Dale decided to publish it in CD format, with the purpose to let listeners know all the dynamism and intensity Lowell Fulson communicated on stage and, at the same time, pay a warm and well deserved tribute to this amazing Texas bluesman in his centenary. Although the recording quality is rather poor, its main virtue is in the fact that it drives us to those late night clubs that distilled alcohol, smoke, sweat, nicotine and a dense atmosphere where the most passionate, raw and gritty blues flowed out with an unbelievable energy and feeling until the wee wee hours.

Forty minutes of pure blues that has been gathered along the ten album songs, whose main virtue is the historical value of that particular show.
