Little Jenny is women’s band, all them living in Sweden You will find Little Jeny on harp and vocals, Lotta Partapouli on guitar, Justina Lakin on drums and Mia Kempff on bass and vocals They joined forces in 1997 and the following year the compilation cd All That Blue From Sweden included one of their songs Since then on the band began to receive recognition and success in northern Europe, from Norway to Finland and they were called to play in different jazz and blues festivals The cd gives us thirteen splendid own compositions plus some covers like I’m ready or I’m a woman Excellent Chicago blues album performed by four great women musicians who put everything they have on this cd recorded live in 2001 in Gothenburg, Sweden from ‘Nefertiti’ jazz club
