Winner in 2020 of the International Blues Challenge in solo/duo category, Hector Anchondo has now reached his dream to release an album for such a prestigious label as Vizztone, with the music he really felt he should present listeners in this precise moment of his career.

Backed by his two acoustic guitars plus Joe Corley on bass and Khayman Winfield on drums, Hector Anchondo has selected some of his favorite songs he has written throughout his twenty years of career, where he develops a variety of styles like blues, folk, roots music, ballads and some gipsy jazz, a style he likes too.

With a versatile guitar work, a suggestive bright voice and some quite inward looking compositions, Hector Anchondo wants to reach most audiences gifted with a degree of sensitivity which will be able to appreciate his personal and emotional expressiveness.
